Refunds

14 days, no questions asked.

If Director is not for you, email support@getdirector.app within 14 days of buying, from the email address you bought with (or tell us which one it was). You do not need to give a reason.

The refund goes back to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe, which processed the payment. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

Once refunded, the licence is withdrawn: Director goes back to free exports (720p, with a watermark) on the Macs it was active on. Your projects and recordings are not touched.

After 14 days, write to us anyway if something is wrong — we would rather hear about it.
